It’s Skinny B**** Pimm’s O’clock

August 31, 2012 by @VanessaRivers

Pimm’s Cup (a gin-based drink containing a secret mixture of herbs and liqueurs) is by far my favorite thing about living part-time in London. I know there are a million other super amazing things to see and do here but I, like many, like to drink my happiness at least a few times a week, so lucky for me my very happiest happiness drink originated and has remained very popular in the UK. But like with all indulgences there can be too much, and in this case too much comes in the form of a bad hang over and an extra-large a**. But I couldn’t let the fear of my butt getting too big get in the way of the best freaking cocktail on earth so I decided to improvise and come up with my own recipe and voilà the Skinny B**** Pimm’s Cup was born! And yes I promise it tastes just as good as the original recipe. I am drunking my 3rd glass right now. Made it today just for me, I mean you, so I could be sure it would rock your world.

p.s. My fave place to drink Pimm’s in London is the Pig’s Ear Pub & Restaurant on Old Church Street. They have an awesome Sunday brunch, funny British trivia boardgames and pitchers of Pimm’s flowing all day long. Plus they have my other favorite brown sauce (HP Sauce)! For more Pimm’s Cup recipes, to buy Pimm’s online, or if you just want to laugh at a super dorky/awesome site visit www.anyoneforpimms.com.

Gloating over a beautiful Pimm’s Cup at THE PHENE Pub & Restaurant (They serve a very good Pimm’s as well and have a cute outdoor patio)

The perfect Skinny B**** Pimm’s ingredients. Add strawberries for an extra summery touch!

My friend Gavyn and I looking a bit confused leaving the Pig’s Ear after a very long Sunday Roast… and 4 pitchers of Pimm’s
