After surfing and caipirinhas at Joaquina Beach we headed to Praia Mole (in English, the soft beach) to continue our first day of fun in Floripa! Praia Mole is another surf/party beach but the waves are a little more mellow here, and the sand is amazingly soft so hence the name “soft beach.” Praia Mole is beautiful and the vibe is young, hip, and exciting with coconut cocktail shacks lining the shore and some very fun beach clubs! We found one, grabbed a table for a late lunch, and ended up drinking and dancing on the beach till dark!
